Terms & Conditions 1xlite – A Complete Guide for All Malaysia Members

By registering, accessing, or using the platform 1xlite in any way, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. This agreement takes effect immediately upon clicking the "Register" button or ticking the consent checkbox during the registration process.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of the platform 1xlite with immediate effect. You are not obligated to use this platform — but if you choose to do so, you accept all provisions herein in full.

1xlite reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these terms at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the website. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.

To open an account at 1xlite, you must meet all of the following criteria without exception:

Identity Verification (KYC)

1xlite reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, particularly before processing large withdrawals or when unusual account activity is detected. Documents that may be requested include:

• Copy of identity card (MyKad) or passport
• Bank statement or proof of address dated within the last 3 months
• Proof of payment method used (e.g. screenshot of e-wallet account)

1xlite supports all major Malaysian payment methods for members' convenience. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) with no hidden currency conversion fees.

Successful deposits will be credited to your account 1xlite within 30 seconds for all methods listed above. If your deposit is not reflected within 5 minutes, please contact our customer support with proof of transaction.

Winnings on the platform 1xlite may be withdrawn at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction
• The maximum daily withdrawal amount is RM50,000 for standard accounts
• VIP members enjoy a higher daily withdrawal limit of up to RM200,000
• Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the deposit
• Identity verification (KYC) may be required for withdrawals exceeding RM5,000

Withdrawal Processing Time

General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus may only be claimed once unless otherwise stated
• Welcome bonus is available to new members making their first deposit only

General Rules

• All game results are final unless a verifiable technical error has occurred

Sports Betting & E-Sports

For football betting (Malaysia Super League, EPL, and other leagues), badminton, and e-sports, the following additional conditions apply:

• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled except under exceptional circumstances such as match cancellation
• Odds displayed are fixed at the time the bet is placed and will not change after confirmation
• In the event a match is abandoned early, the relevant sport-specific rules will apply to determine payouts

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the platform 1xlite. Violation of any of these provisions may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of all balances, and legal action where necessary:

• Registering more than one account (duplicate accounts)
• Using automation software, bots, or scripts to play
• Jackpot or bonus fraud through coordination with other players
• Money laundering or any other illicit financial activity
• Sharing your account with another individual
• Exploiting bugs or system errors for unauthorised gain
• Providing false information during registration or the KYC process
• Using a VPN or other technical means to conceal your actual location
• Placing opposing bets (arbitrage) that eliminate risk is prohibited
• Any form of threats, intimidation, or abusive language directed at the 1xlite support team

• Inactive for more than 24 consecutive months

You may also close your account 1xlite your own at any time by contacting our support team. Valid balances will be returned within 5 business days once all conditions have been met. Bonuses that have not fulfilled the rollover requirements are not eligible for return.

For accounts inactive for more than 12 months, 1xlite reserves the right to impose a monthly maintenance fee of RM5 until the balance is exhausted or the account is reactivated.

Platform 1xlite provided "as is" without any implied warranties. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses arising from your use of our platform, including:

• Financial losses arising from betting activity
• Service disruptions due to maintenance or events beyond our control
• Technical failures on the part of a third-party service provider (e.g., a bank or e-wallet)
• Unauthorised account access resulting from the player's own negligence

Maximum liability amount 1xlite will not under any circumstances exceed the total active deposit amount in your account at the time of the relevant incident.

1xlite reserves the right to modify, add to, or amend any part of these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to members via email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before taking effect.
